Donnie Davis

Donnie Davis – President

Donnie serves as President and holds a Series 65 license as an Investment Advisor Representative.  He is a graduate from The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration);  Kaplan University (Financial Planning) and Phillips Theological Seminary (M.Div.) In addition to Donnie’s business and financial experience he served (5) years in full-time professional ministry. Donnie also wrote and published a book on Transition & Job Loss as well as a Career Survival guide. Fueled by his passion in financial and behavioral health, Donnie frequently partners with clients’ during significant life changes such as employment transitions, loss of a loved one, divorce, inheritance events and retirement.  Donnie is passionate about raising mental health awareness and supports community counseling services offered at Plumbline Ministries. Plumbline Ministries is a non-profit counseling & teaching center for several sponsoring churches and the surrounding community in Tulsa. Donnie has three adult children Jarrett, Sam and Paige. In his free time he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, playing golf, reading a book or going to the movies.

Don Hardcastle

Don Hardcastle – Senior Investment Manager

Don serves as Vice President and holds a certification as a Chartered Market Technician and a Series 65 securities license as an Investment Advisor Representative. He is a graduate of The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration) and played Quarterback at OSU in the early 1970′s.  Don has been married to Debbie for over 25 years and has a daughter, Hannah. When Don is not reviewing stock charts he is boating with his family. He enjoys both water and snow skiing. He also enjoys playing golf on a variety of local courses.  Don is a long standing member of Asbury United Methodist church and enjoys youth ministries.

Sam Davis – Operations Manager

Sam is the Operations Manager for CWFS and is responsible for new account paperwork, account maintenance, quarterly reporting, cashiering, and several other areas of client service and administration.  Sam received a BA in Psychology from Texas Christian University in the fall of 2017. In addition to receiving his degree, he also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from TCU’s ROTC program. Sam is currently serving the Oklahoma National Guard as a Field Artillery officer and plans on continuing his education and pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Northeastern State University beginning in the Fall 2019. During his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his brother and several good friends, working out, and listening to music.

Amy Pope

Senior Tax

Amy Pope, CPA – Senior Tax Accountant

Amy is a certified public accountant specializing in tax planning and preparation for individuals, trusts, and small businesses. Amy holds both a CPA and MBA designation and is the founder of CapEx Tax & Accounting Services (CapEx), an entity unrelated to CoachWise Financial Solutions, Inc. Amy received her BS in Accounting, Minor in Spanish and her MBA from Oklahoma State University. In addition to her public accounting experience, Amy has also spent fifteen years serving as Controller or CFO for various small to mid-sized companies in the Tulsa area.  Amy has been married to Shawn Pope for more than 10 years and has three children, Marlena, Paris, and Alex.  When Amy is not consulting with her clients she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, doing CrossFit, and traveling the world.
