We have combined more than fifty years of business and financial experience to help people protect and grow wealth by investing wisely in the stock market.  Our mission is to build lasting relationships by actively managing investments and providing trusted advice to help people improve their financial health.

Donnie Davis – President

Donnie serves as President and holds a Series 65 license as an Investment Advisor Representative.  His undergraduate degree is from The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration) and a financial planning certificate from Kaplan University (Financial Planning).  He also holds graduate degrees from Phillips Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Oklahoma State University (MS in Mental Health Counseling).  In addition to Donnie’s business and financial experience he served (5) years in full-time professional ministry. Donnie also wrote and published a book on Transition & Job Loss as well as a Career Survival guide.  Fueled by his passion in financial and behavioral health, Donnie partners with clients’ to help them achieve their financial and retirement goals.  Donnie is also passionate about raising mental health and suicide prevention awareness and serves as a mental health provider. Donnie has three adult children Jarrett, Sam and Paige. In his free time he enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, playing golf, reading a book or going to the movies.

Don Hardcastle – Senior Investment Manager

Don serves as Vice President and holds a certification as a Chartered Market Technician and a Series 65 securities license as an Investment Advisor Representative. He is a graduate of The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration) and played Quarterback at OSU in the early 1970′s.  Don has been married to Debbie for over 25 years and has a daughter, Hannah. When Don is not reviewing stock charts he is boating with his family. He enjoys both water and snow skiing. He also enjoys playing golf on a variety of local courses.  Don is a long standing member of Asbury United Methodist church and enjoys youth ministries.

Sam Davis – Operations Specialist

Sam is the Operations Manager for CWFS and is responsible for new account paperwork, account maintenance, quarterly reporting, cashiering, and several other areas of client service and administration.  Sam received a BA in Psychology from Texas Christian University in the fall of 2017. In addition to receiving his degree, he also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from TCU’s ROTC program. Sam is currently serving the Oklahoma National Guard as a Field Artillery officer and plans on continuing his education and pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Northeastern State University beginning in the Fall 2019. During his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his brother and several good friends, training in Muay Thai, and listening to music.
