Our mission is to build lasting relationships by actively managing investments and providing trusted advice to help people improve their financial health.
Donnie Davis – President
Donnie serves as President of CoachWise Financial Solutions, Inc. and works with individuals and businesses in investment, retirement and estate planning services. Donnie holds a Series 65 license as an Investment Advisor Representative. His undergraduate degree is from The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration) and a financial planning certificate from Kaplan University (Financial Planning). He also holds master’s degrees from Phillips Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and Oklahoma State University (MS in Mental Health Counseling). Fueled by his passion in financial and behavioral health, Donnie partners with clients’ to help them achieve their financial, investment and retirement goals. In addition to Donnie’s business and financial experience he served in full-time professional ministry and wrote and published a book on Transition & Job Loss as well as a Career Survival guide. Donnie is passionate about raising mental health and suicide prevention awareness and serves part-time as a licensed mental health care provider Donnie is married to Michele Davis and has three adult children Jarrett, Sam and Paige. In his free time he enjoys riding motorcycles, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends.
Don Hardcastle – Senior Investment Manager
Don serves as Vice President and holds a certification as a Chartered Market Technician and a Series 65 securities license as an Investment Advisor Representative. Don played Quarterback at Oklahoma State University before transferring and graduating from The University of Tulsa (B.S., Business Administration) . Don has been married to Debbie for over 35 years and has a daughter, Hannah and a grandson, Atticus. When Don is not analyzing the stock market he enjoys spending time at Lake Tenkiller boating and water skiing. Don also loves to snow ski, play golf and spend time with his family. Don is a long standing member of Asbury United Methodist church.
Michele Davis – Executive Administrator
Michele oversees the office and administrative functions for CWFS. She is responsible for account openings, cashiering and move money request, quarterly & annual reporting and general administrative functions. Michele brings a vast array of knowledge and experience managing offices in the financial, personal care & healthcare industries. Michele is married to Donnie Davis and has three adult children Jesse, Justin and Jillian. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her horses, decorating for holidays especially Christmas, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tracy Tucker –Administrator
Tracy oversees marketing for CWFS and is responsible for general office administration and cashiering on an as-needed basis. Tracy’s strength is in customer service and event planning. Tracy brings with her past experiences of owning and managing a photography business for 17 years as well as teaching fitness programs. Tracy and her husband, Paul, have been married for 35 years and have 3 adult children who live nearby. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
